Our aim is to pass on our experience of attaching CCTV cameras to window panes as a simple and cost effective solution for domestic external CCTV installation. We supply an installation kit with all you need to get started (you will, however, need to supply a Windows® PC or Laptop to configure the camera and potentially store the camera images, if a PC based installation)
We also came up withe a soluion for the "Infrared (IR) Glare" issue caused by the cameras own IR LEDs reflecting off the window when using the camera at night. We achieve this by simply supplying a separate dedicated IR lamp and mounting bracket, which located away from the camera but covering the same area. The camera IR LEDs can be switched off using the cameras control software thus eliminating the IR glare while still providing night-time viewing capability.
